Pay By Mobile
Pin-Pay enables your mobile phone to pay people and businesses. You can transfer money to a friend or colleague, or pay off a bill within seconds. No long lines, no wait, no fuss!

Pay A Person
You can easily transfer money from your bank account to another registered user’s bank account using “Pay A Person”. The transaction is conducted live and money is transferred instantly. Both Sender and Recipient of the transaction receive a confirmation message from Pin-Pay straight to their mobile phones, informing them that the money is safely transferred to the Recipient’s bank account.
A Transaction ID is sent with the confirmation message. This ID number helps you keep track of all your transactions.
To use “Pay A Person”, open your Pin-Pay App, select Pay By Mobile >> Pay A Person, and then follow the instructions given by the App.
Pay Mobile Bills
Using “Pay Mobile Bills”you can pay your or a friend’s Postpaid Mobile Phone bill, or just inquire the amount of the bill. You can check the amount of a Postpaid Mobile Bill with the “Inquire Bill”option, or directly pay it off using the “Pay Bill” option.
If you’re conducting the transaction to inquire or pay off your own Mobile Bill, just press on “My Phone”. If you’re conducting the transaction to inquire or pay off someone else’s Mobile Bill, press on “Other Phone”, then input the Mobile Number of your friend. The bill will then be settled immediately, and Pin-Pay will send a confirmation message informing both you and your friend that the transaction was successful.

Pay Park Meter Fines
You can now easily pay off your Park Meter Fines using “Pay Park Meter Fines”. Pin-Pay allows you to check the value of an outstanding fine and pay it instantly. Use the “Pay Park Meter Fine” option to instantly pay and the “Inquire Park Meter Fine” option to check the value of the Fine.
To use “Pay Park Meter Fines”, you will need to input either the License Plate Number, or the Park Meter Fine Reference Number found in the top right of your Park Meter Fine. You then need to select the car type from the list provided in order to continue with the transaction. Once you’ve completed it, you will receive a message confirming that the transaction was successful.
To use “Pay Park Meter Fines”, open your Pin-Pay App, select Pay By Mobile >> Pay Park Meter Fines, and then follow the instructions given by the App.

Recharge By Mobile
Pin-Pay provides a host of prepaid recharge services that you can purchase instantly from your phone. We are constantly adding new prepaid services so keep checking back for updates. Currently, you can use the following:
1. Recharge Mobile Phones
2. Recharge IDM Internet
Recharge Mobile Phones
You can easily top up (or recharge) your or a friend’sprepaid phone using the “Recharge Mobile Phones” feature. Using this service, your or a friend’sprepaid mobile line would be recharged immediately without the need to scratch a card or input any code.
If you’re conducting the transaction to recharge your own Prepaid Mobile Phone, just press on “My Phone”. If you’re conducting the transaction to recharge someone else’s Prepaid Mobile Phone, press on “Other Phone”, then input the Mobile Number of your friend. Then, select the amount you wish to recharge. The Mobile line will then be recharged immediately, and Pin-Pay will send a confirmation message informing both you and your friend that the transaction was successful.
To use “Recharge Mobile Phones”, open your Pin-Pay App, select Recharge By Mobile>>Recharge Mobile Phones, and then follow the instructions given by the App.
Recharge IDM Internet
With Pin-Pay’s “Recharge IDM Internet” service, you can conveniently refill your or a friend’s IDM ADSL Internet account directly from your mobile phone. Simply input the phone number of the line you wish to refill, select the IDM ADSL Internet amount you want, and enter your M-PIN. Your Internet account will be refilled immediately.

To use “Recharge IDM Internet”, open your Pin-Pay App, select Recharge By Mobile >> Recharge IDM Internet, and then follow the instructions given by the App.
Pin-Pay statement
To use “Pin-Pay Statement”, open your Pin-Pay App, select Pin-Pay Statement and enter your 4-Digit M-PIN. You will then receive a message straight to your phone listing the last five transactions you have conducted using the Pin-Pay App.
