EncryptionEvery message sent from the Pin-Pay application on your handset is encrypted; no one can intercept the message and gain information about your transactions.
M-PINAccess to your Pin-Pay account should be granted to one person only: You. You will be asked to choose a four-digit personal identification number during the activation process, the M-PIN. This M-PIN has to be entered to validate every transaction. Your transaction will be processed only if the M-PIN matches the one you chose during activation. To provide maximum security, your M-PIN is not known to anyone but yourself.
If your M-PIN has been entered incorrectly three consecutive times, your account will be temporarily disabled.
To re-activate your Pin-Pay service, you will have to pass by a bank outlet and identify yourself with your ID. A new Personal Activation Code will be sent to your mobile phone on the spot.
